Development of competence “forecasting” as conditions of readiness for professional self-determination

چکیده

The article presents the results of study conditionality components forecasting regulatory-will qualities personality among men who are ready and not for professional self-determination. In article, author reveals specifics competence in higher education. identifies two areas framework which is considered – as a personal quality "through" skill required any activity. As result empirical research, differences were revealed readiness self-determination, depending on development components. Thus, students unready such self-regulation "planning", "programming", "evaluating results", "flexibility", "independence", caused by changes mood, well-being, For these same determined strength intentions young men, volitional qualities, ability individual regulation activity all regulatory links. Making conclusion, focuses role teacher at educational organisation competence.
